Jasmine McLaurin

Jasmine McLaurin is Chief of Staff at Calcarea, where she leads strategic operations, supports company planning, and ensures alignment across company departments. She works closely with leadership to strengthen internal systems, support external communications, and keep fast-moving priorities on track.

Jasmine built her career leading complex projects and cross-functional teams. She holds a BFA from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and an MFA from the Peter Stark Producing Program at University of Southern California. She is deeply committed to environmental solutions and is motivated by being part of a team building meaningful climate impact at scale.
