Andy Stevenson
Andy has spent the past decade commercializing new energy technologies with small, highly-capable teams at Tesla, Redwood Materials, and Twelve and is excited to do the same at Calcarea. As a core member of the founding team at Redwood Materials, he helped lead the company from incorporation through startup and initial operations of the company’s first commercial recycling facility. Andy has a long-term passion for global sustainability, having started his career as a Fulbright Research Scholar in Hong Kong working on air pollution and climate change issues in southern China.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, kayaking, skiing, and spending time with his wife and 6-year old daughter. Andy holds a degree in Geosciences from Williams College (BA) and a JD and MBA from Stanford University.
