Depending on the information you submit with your recruitment application, recruitment data could also include certain special categories of personal data, such as information regarding your health, religion, or information regarding your marital status;

Our Site automatically creates logs regarding user sessions that contain information about the features that you use, the actions that you take, and the information that you access. When your session ends, Calcarea only retains the information in a statistical and aggregated format (non-personal information) that we use for research purposes, assessing the effectiveness of our Site, and improving user experience.

ii. Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your preferences and settings. Cookies collect information such as the type of search engine used, the sections of the Site visited, and other Calcarea usage information. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet or data storage system is absolutely secure and we therefore cannot guarantee the security of the personal information that we process.

Calcarea retains information only as long as necessary to accomplish the business purpose for which it was collected and to comply with its legal and contractual obligations.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Site are not directed to nor intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. 8. California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Site users who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. However, please note that we do not make any such disclosures.
